• Pre-School : Nursery, Kinder, Prep
• Grade School : Grades: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
• Junior High School : Grade 7, 8, 9

Age Requirements for Pre-School

• Nursery: 3 Years old by December of the current school year
• Kinder : 4 years old by December of the current school year – with nursery Certificate of Enrolment
• Prep: 5 years old by December – with Kinder certificate of Enrolment
• Grade 1: 6 years old with Kinder and Prep Certifications of Enrolment.

Requirements

1. Birth Certificate (Original and 2 Xerox Copies)
2. Baptismal certificate (Original and 2 Xerox Copies)
3. Original Copy of Good Moral Character / Recommendation.
4. Xerox Copy of Report Card as of the second quarter.
5. Three ID colored pictures (1X1)
6. Entrance Examination Fee.
7. He / She must pass the Entrance Test and Interview.

Admission Procedures

1. Submit the abovementioned requirements the Registrar's Office.
2. Fill out given Application Form
3. Pay the required entrance test fee at the Treasurer’s Office.
4. Proceed to the Registrar's Office for the schedule of Entrance test.
5. Upon passing the written test and interview pay the reservation fee (non-refundable) and accomplish enrolment form at the Treasurer’s Offices.
