Institutional Goals

In the achievement of the Vision – Mission, we are committed to:

  1. Provide learning experiences that will enable us to realize our useful existence as a gift from God and help us live and profess the Gospel values of Truth, Justice, Love and Peace.
  2. Equip ourselves with the needed knowledge, skills, attitudes and value-laden foundations for self- fulfilment and better service to society.
  3. Become readily responsive to the needs of the community, country and the Church; promote cultural traditions and care for Mother Earth.
  4. Nurture our filial love and devotion to the Holy Spirit.
  5. Show compassion especially with the less fortunate, oppressed in the society and our non-Christian brothers.

Aims

Pre-School Aims

Cognizant of the importance of the formative development of children, the ESPS Pre-School in accordance with its Vision-Mission aims to:

  1. stimulate pupil’s consciousness for a meaningful response to God in faith, love and devotion to the Mother of God
  2. Develop motor coordination, sensory perceptual skills and the 3Rs in preparation for future learning.
  3. manifest love and respect for one’s country and Mother Earth through observance of proper behavior and participation in different programs of the school and school community
  4. instill generosity and social responsibility to the less privileged

Grade School Aims

Entrusted with the noble task – total-formation of children, ESPS Grade School guided by the Vision-Mission aims to:

  1. Show filial devotion to the Holy Spirit and Mother of God through active participation in religious instructions, activities and parish programs.
  2. Demonstrate skills in communication arts, manipulation of number and application of scientific processes in preparation for secondary level.
  3. Exhibit nationalism and environmental consciousness through curricular, co-curricular activities and community based-programs.
  4. Share time, talent and material things with the less fortunate, the oppressed in society and non-Christian brothers through civic and outreach programs.

High School Aims

To achieve its goals, the high school department in consonance with its Vision – Mission aims to :

  1. Bear witness to the ideals of Truth, Justice, Love and Peace as the student participate actively in apostolic and pastoral services in the community and country.
  2. Demonstrate intellectual abilities – think critically and wisely, form sound judgement, synthesize and use information in preparation for higher level of learning.
  3. Preserve and enrich Filipino culture and heritage through participation in socio- cultural and civic oriented activities and through dynamic interaction with the members of the community.
  4. Give service to others especially the less fortunate through involvement in outreach programs / projects.

Scholarship Programs

  1. ESPS Funded Scholarship – is given to students who attained the highest and second highest academic rank for every year level from Grade Five to Fourth year shall be entitled to a 100% and 50% discount in tuition fee respectively.
  2. Grant-In-Aids – shall be granted to children of administrators, faculty and employees deserving special consideration.
  3. Annual Grants by the Alumni Association – through this program, benefactors may agree to establish scholarship in the school by shouldering the tuition fees of poor but deserving students.
